Honda Accord Struts are called McPhierson struts. As far as replacing them, the best choices are:-Honda dealership-Certified mechanic-By yourself, if you have the tools and the knowledge.Dealerships is probably the best, but most expensiveCertified mechanic is pretty good, maybe as good as dealership, but certainly cheaterBy yourself if you have the tools, time and knowledge. It would be cheapest and you'll actually know it was done correctly. Now if the vehicle is still under dealer's warranty, take it in and have them fix it free of chargeGood Luck!
