Default daughter has a 1990 honda accord, heater fan will work one time and then next time she

drives it won't work any honda mechanics or owners out there experienced this? it's not the fuse or else it would never work..

its a loose connection or a short one wire touching another or a loose connection that's easy just follow the wires and look if they are touching or not connected or corroded

Either the blower motor is shorting out, or you have a wiring issue.

The blower motor either needs to be rebuilt or replaced.

tap on the housing that surrounds the fan motor. if for some reason the fan starts working, the fan motor is shot.

Probably some loose connections somewhere, possibly the fan motor going out. I'd let a Honda mechanic take car of it if you odn't know what you're doing.
