Default Where is the cheapest to buy a complete H22a1 JDM engine?
I've seen front clips on ebay for $2000-$3000, and other places that i've been to say about $3500.full engine swap, of course?

I would never, ever buy an engine off of ebay, but try Password JDM. they carry honda and nissan jdm parts and accessories, and I know for a fact that they carry the h22 swap. www.passwordjdm.com

hmotorsonline.com cheapest i've ever seen. Unless you can find one at a junkyard which is highly unlikely.
