God yes you will have to get numerous parts, if they exist. You may even need to have custom parts made. It probably wouldn't be worth the time or effort. Why don't you save your money and buy a better car?

you would have to get pretty much everything that is under the hood of the car you want the motor from. this includes transmission. there are some places (websites) that include all of this. but unless you know what you're doing and have written instructions i wouldn't do it myself. but if you do make sure you have a couple of people to help you.

This isn't a swap I would even begin to try to do myself. If you are serious about it, get a shop to do it.But before you do anything, consider this: Eventually, through sale or loss, your car is going to end up in somebody's junk yard being parted out, crushed or both. Is what you want to do really worth it in the long run? In 5 years will you see it as a wise decision? 5 years from now, who will really care what's under your hood?I'm not trying to keep you from doing what you consider to be enjoyable or fun, but there are tons of things you can do to your accord that would give you way more bang for your buck. And a much, much, much smaller Excedrin headache.Brake, wheel, and tire upgrades would be my 1st major upgrade. Intake and exhaust would be my second. Engine overhaul or rebuild would be next, and suspension upgrades would be last. Notice I go from practical to 'if it doesn't happen no biggy' in my choices of what to do.Whatever you decided, good luck and have fun doing it.

That's a tough one. Check with your local Advanced Auto Parts store or Auto Zone. Better yet, check with the nearest Honda certified mechanic shop.

Okay, so the engine compartments and mounts in the accords and preludes are very similar. All you need is a full engine swap (engine, trans, ecu and harness, everything needed to run the motor maybe). A lot of honda engines will fit on the same exact engine mounts in an accord. For example, I have heard that the b16 is one of them in addition to the h22. The best way I have found to look up these things is google. Also, don't listen to the guy that said that a 92 accord doesn't deserve a swap, because he is completely and totally wrong.
