Default D15b in 92 civic probem with slipping something??? HELP?

ok the car makes alot of noise when i turn, i think its the halfshaft connection, now the car does not move when i disengage the cluch fast at high rpm's? what could it be first gear i have to release really snmooth and second gear is just crazy it will rev so much then after like thirty seconds i will feel it run and ith goes like that all the time? help what could it be??????????????????????? come on dodgeman thanks to all you answerersok this keeps happening after driving a while. then when the car is off for later its working fine again

the clutch is gone need a new one the noise is prob. the throw out bering the slip is the clutch
