Hi I bought a replacement for my driver side mirror of my 1999 honda civic Lx(4 doord).Does anyone have a clear step-by-step instructions on how to take off the broken one and install the new one. This is the driver side mirror and it is manual.Thanks

id ont have step by step instructions. but im sure i noe how todo it..on the inside of teh door. there is a plastic pannel covering where the mirror is. remove it with a spatula, or a body pannel tool. anything that is thin and flat that u can used to pry......once that is off. there should be 3 or four screws . remove em. and vuala. the mirror is off the door. reinstall in reverse order.....i think thats how it is. thats how ive seen it dun on other cars........ u can go to ur local auto zone / discount auto / advance auto parts, and get a "hanes manual for ur car " that manual will tell u everything u need to do to tear ur car appart and put it back together.......~chino
