I just replaced my car ecu but the problem is i couldn't get the exact type that came with the car.Can it be a problem? Old ecu-37820-P0J-L52New ecu-37820-POJ-L61

k it sounds lik ur car is an obd-2 96 n up the ecus dnt matter if they r not the ssame the only problem that u will prob have is that it might throw different codes cuz it is not quiet the same it came off the same kind of car but the comp is mabey gonna throw a diff signal. in other words that the car is gonna run fine but the check engine light might be on dont worry about it i use diff comp all the time obd-0, obd-1 and 2 i blow honda motors up for fun....

Just as long as it came out of the same generation of cars and the engine is the same. There shouldnt be a problem with your new ECU seeing how the middle numbers/letters are the same.
