1. i can't lock/unlock the passenger door when using my remote. the driver's door is fine. 2. i can't lock/unlock the passenger door when using the key in the driver's door lock.3. i CAN lock/unlock both doors when using the key in the passenger door.what can cause the problem?thank you all.

Bad door lock actuator.

i own a repair shop,and if you,ll remove the door panel on it you,ll see the lever for it has come off,and this is what causes it not to work either way there is a plastic clip that holds it on,,make sure it hasn't broken on it,,if it has you,ll need a new one,,most of the time they just come off from shutting the door to hard or a sudden jar to the door,,that's about it,,ones that is back on it should work both ways,with the remote,and the key,,good,luck,i hope this help,s,
