It has been in the twenties for the last few days here in Oregon. My car has been outside, and I have not started it since Sunday. I tried to start it today. It attempted to start at first but immediately died. I tried starting it again and it just cranks and cranks but never turns over. I have decent mechanical abilities, so I just want to know if anyone has had the same exact problem. Please don't suggest I check the gas level, etc...preliminary issues have already been checked. Thanks in advance.I sprayed some starting fluid in there and it started to kick over and the rpm's got up to about 500 and then it died. It continued to do this and nearly started, but the battery ran out of juice. I have it back on the charger now. I have had a Honda ignitor go bad before, and it wouldn't start at all. It has tried to start now, so I'm certain it's not that. Now I am leaning more towards a fuel issue. Still taking suggestions.

if you have a lot of miles on your sol,you probably already have worn piston rings which will shrink with the cold weather. Remember everything expands with heat and shrinks with the cold weather. If that's the case you are lacking compression which does not allow you to start your sol. I recommend you to go to an auto store and buy ether based cleaning gas. It is called either Quick Starter Fluid or Brake Cleaner, degreaser. It is a spray can and it is highly explosive. Open your air filter hose and spray it for about 3 secs. and crank the car. It should do it in cold weathers. hope it works out for you.

if i were to get a 1994 toyota supra non turbo and completly remake it into a twin turbo what would u estamte the price to be?

If it's not your battery then check the igniter in the distributor.
