There are a few different things. If it comming from outside or under the car most likely it is the throw out bearing which releases the pressure on the pressure plate allowing you to change gears. That old and that many miles someone may have opted to just change the clutch disk to save money. You may want to get a clutch kit and replace everything if that is the case. Keep in mind that it's gonna be a lil pricey to do it at a shop. make sure it's worth spending the money on it before doing it. If the noise is inside the vehicle when you depress the clutch it is probably just dirt and rust built up on the clutch pedal assemble. Spray a cloth with silicone spray and clean it up.

I think is the throwout bearing or the pilot bearing but to be sure do this test1-start the engine, now with the engine running transmission in neutral and the car not movig you should'nt hear that noise that you described, now press the clutch little by little until you feel that the throwout bearing makes contact with the pressure plate if don't hear that noise then your throwout bearing is good releasethe clutch pedal2-press the clutch pedal all the way down until it bottoms if you hear the noise that you describe then is your pilot bearing (pilot bearing it's located inside the fly wheel center hole)if you don't hear the noise then it's something else good luck

ok theres a service news on this basiclly the squeek is comming from the ball that the throwout fork is located on hondas fix is to remove the trans remove that fork and use some wheelbearing grease...just enough u dont want greese on the clutch disc.. and reassemble...and squeek will be gone... i have a 92 with 240 k on it also mine squeeks i dont see the point in all that work for a lil squeek until i need to tear it down for a different reason!
