Not sure what you mean by no one. The DMV will help. There is no reason why they won't. If you just bought it, chances are, you will need to pay sales tax, registration fees, and, if they charge property tx on cars in CO, they will charge you that too.This doesn't include any costs for inspections. That is extra, and may be charged by a different office.
