Default How much do you think it would cost a 16 year old on insurance for a 1993 Honda Accord?

The best way to find out is to get some quotes, other wise we're just guessing here on line.Places to get free quotes includewww.progressive.comwww.esurance.comwww.geic o.comCheck out your state, some insurance companies are state specific (they only offere insurance in certain states)In CA/OR coast check out, they offer some of the best rates:http://www.wawanesageneral.com/california/index.aspIf you are getting insurance with your parents, you will typically save money, getting a multi-car discount. (You can insure the older vehicle with liability only)If you have good grades in school I think above a B+ average, let your insurance company know, they will offer a good student discount. (Typically you'll need to get a school transcript sent to them on a semester basis for them to offer you the discount, but it's worth it.)As to see what other discounts are offered. Let them know your situation and miles you plan to drive on a yearly basis. The fewer the miles you drive yearly, the less your insurance will be. (again, most companies will take odometer readings and ask you for your odometer readings yearly)
