Default Why is the clutch fluid for my Honda Accord constantly filthy even after it's been flushed 4 times?

My car made it to the center of town today and I had to turn back around and power shift home. I recently got my 97' Accord back from the mechanic after the same problem occurred. He suggested I use DOT4 instead of DOT3.
