Headlight switch,you could be more spacific was high or low beam.

that car also has a relay for the low beams and one for the high beams,check them out

You could have a faulty dimmer switch or there is a broken connection in the wiring.Take it to your dealer and have them check it out.

could be a bad light switch on the steering column.

those cars had a recall on the headlight switch.might want to call a honda dealership and see if your vin# falls in that recall.will not cost a thing if it is in the specified vin range

they had trouble out of some of the civic wire harness right at the headlight switch...there is a service bulletin and a saftey recall on it so u may want to call your honda dealer with your vin and see if it has that recall if not u just need a good wire diagram and start tracing
