More information would be helpful. I am assuming the car is fogging up with the defroster going. there are a number of things that can cause this. One is a heater core that is leaking. the coolant causes the windows to fog up and will have a slimy feel to them. if this is not the case then the defrost vents at the top of the dash may be clogged or the exchange box has a problem with switching levels. check and see if you have good air out put at the top of the dash. If you do then go back to the first part of this message.

Very often you can prevent the inside of your car windshield (or car window) from fogging with foamy shaving cream. Apply the shaving cream to the windshield with a damp sponge and then buff clear with a paper towel. Repeat when necessary or after cleaning.

Check for anything damp that might have been put in your boot.It might also be worth looking in the boot to see if you have any water coming in there.Make sure you have no grommets missing. Also check your door and window seals they go soft after a long time and let in moisture.Check all floor carpets also.

all it is moisture related due to temp changes and rainy days here is what you do,1st turn your defrost on and selct a/c on,2nd put on fresh air,3rd adjust your temperature to your liking and that will fix your fogging its not your heater core not on a 05 civic!! try those 3 steps i believe it will work

2 things...Mary J had a good tip but using the same technology swimmers use on goggles, conditioner (for hair) buffed on a window or plastic keeps it from fogging. I do that in my car. Second thing, if you are using your A/C and it still isn't helping, you may have developed a leak in your condensor. Unlikely on an '05 Honda but still possible. Try those two things.
