How do I open the trunk of a 94' honda del sol without the key?

can you get into the trunk from the behind the seat ? there should be a cable with a tag that probably says trunk release i believe they have that on all newer cars so you cant lock people in the trunk or have a trunk release in the glove box or around the drivers seat . not to familiar with del sol

Well unfortunately there is no easy way to do it. This is a design flaw honda had on that vehicle. I have done it a couple of times. I drill the lock assembly out until it falls apart, then the latch can be turned with a screw driver. That really sucks I know
