Default How do I find the Honda I want?

I've searched every Honda dealership's website in Texas, and I can't find an '07 Alabaster Silver Metallic EX Civic Coupe with Navigation. Is there a way to search inventories all at once online? Will dealers ship in a car from other dealers at a Buyer's request?

As to your last question, I feel that as a new car buyer, they should paint and remodel the vehicle to what you want...you're PAYING for it, right?

all you have to do is go to the dealer and tell him what you want. he can go to his computer and locate it and have it shipped to him for you. he can even look for the color that you want.

new car dealers have a complete list of all autos in inventory in their area.they can access inventory through other dealers. they can also order you a new car to your specs.cars.com is close to all new car inventories.

If your local dealer doesnt have it , tell him/her exactly what you want and if it exists they can have it delivered. If not i'm sure they can order it from the factory.

As a Honda salesperson, I can assure you that since the Civic was redesigned for 06 and won Motor Trends Car of the Year that no Honda Dealer has a surplus of inventory on this model. It is by far our fastest selling vehicle. Last month we had 48 delivered from the plant and yet we were never able to keep more than 6 on the lot at any given time. While most Honda dealers will dealer trade for a specific vehicle, the quick turnover of the Civic makes it a little difficult. While getting the Alabaster Silver itself isn't too hard, the fact that you want Navigation increases the difficulty exponentially. At our dealership we sell a large number of Civics but less than 1 in 20 have Navigation. Most of our Navigation vehicles are ordered. My advice is to order one from your dealer. While it may take several weeks, you will get exactly what you want and you will probably get it sooner than if you insist on finding one in stock. Also by ordering now, you will avoid the increased price which usually occurs sometime in January. I understand someplaces in Texas want 2K over sticker for these cars. If that is the case, come to me in Evansville, Indiana. Good luck.
