i own a repair shop,and they have to repair it for you other wise you can cause them a lot of trouble with ever who they sell cars for,what ever car make it is if you bought it there they have to repair it ,, id just simply take it back and demand to to see the manager of the dealer ship,you can cost them there dealer license if they refuse to repair it,or to look at it for you,,there obligated to service it as long as its under warranty and that part of it they know and understand,,good luck,,i hope this help,s.

New car or new to you?Either way,contact the lending company & tell them that you areNOT going to pay another dime on this vehicle until the problemis resolved to your satisfaction.I've purchased new vehicles,had problems with them,had a badtime with the dealorship & this tactic works like a charm.
