Read your owner's manual for the correct one. Putting in anything that is not listed in the manual for any of the accessories could cancel out your warranty. Example: Using burned cd's in the cd player will revoke your warranty. Honda puts what you can and cannot use in the manual for a reason so please read it carefully before using any of your vehicles' accessories.

It's the PCMCIA card reader adaptor. you can plug in a CF, SD, XD and Memory stick with the right one. like the ones you would use on a laptop. thats what the 07 crv with navi takes, or atleast thats what it looks like judging on the pics from honda.com
