Some neon lights under what?No....!!!Damn thumbs-down. Now I have to actually respond to Mr. I wantz some neonz under mah civic!!!!!!!!1Depending on the model of Civic your have, it really depends. I personally would not do anything to the looks of the car. If anything changed the look of the car I would make sure that it had a greater effect on the cars performance first! First off, I would get a set of light weight wheels. Civics have virtually NO torque so lightening anything, esp rotational mass will help a lot. I would not get a wheel bigger than 16" and I would stick to quality brands like RAY's or Gram Lights.Next, if looks were a priority, mr. neonz, I would get a front lip like the Type R lip or a Mugen. These are quality body pieces that will not tip the RICE-O-METER.The next thing you must do is determine what route you are going for performance. You can use nitrous, a turbo, or natural aspirated mods. Which you choose has an effect on everything else from now on. Ex. if you want to go turbo you do not need a cold air intake, and you will need a larger exhaust. If naturally aspirated:A smaller, quality cat back exhaust. pipes 2.5" and bigger will decrease your performance until your really making a ton of HP.A good header such as DC sports or TopSpeed will do.A cold air intake if you want top-end, a SRI if you want midrange.A set of iridium plugs, Nology wires, and a performance distributor, or go right for a Digital Ignition system.A quality set of cams, valves, valve springs, or full head package by TODA. ***NOTE if your car is a Vtec equipped car, cams will not effect your emissions testing! *Most* Vtec cams have a mild low end which isn't much different from stock, but a severely modified high end. As long as you do not cross into Vtec territory your emissions will be similar to stock.A lightweight clutch and flywheel.A LSD.A performance aluminum radiator such as Koyo.A larger fuel pump, pressure regulator, and injectors. An air flow controller, like the Apexi Super AFCII, or Neo.This might get you 200whp on a Vtec twin-cam B series. If Nitrous:All of the above will apply, except for the plugs you get need to be specific to nitrous applications, and not platinum! Also make sure your n2o kit has quality nozzles and solenoids, the rest of the kit is pretty much the same no matter what name is on it.If you want larger than a 75-100 shot you will probably want to start beefinf up your bottom end as well, pistons, rings, sleeves, rods, etc. With a good wet 100 shot you might get 300whp on a good day.If turbo:All of the above applies, minus:The header, you will not need one as you will need a turbo manifold =)The cold air wont matter, as your turbo's intake will be somewhere else completely. =)so, that all plus:a larger exhaust, at least 2.5"a quality wastegate and BOVa new headgasket, as you will blow your stock one at any respectable PSI. You will also want one slightly thicker than stock as to lower compression.Of course you will want a boost controller as well as a couple gages... boost psi as well as EGT will help tune.A intercooler, o/c...This kind of setup will create as much power as you want really, you will blow something up before you max out its power capability. If you do reinforce your block, the next step would be a larger turbo and drag-style manifold. From there your really just limited to your fuel and tuning.Well, I think thats enough, and I didn't really touch suspension tuning... Oh well, i don't think it will make a difference to mr. neonz. =P

no, get some good wheels. Honda's are way overpriced and really don't look that good. I got 5 spoked wheels, with really narrow spokes and they look great.

You already are trying to make your Civic into a Rice Rocket.........there's no need to go overboard trying to make it look ridiculous like the Fast and the Furious.Stick to your bolt ons first and forget the looks. Keep your car as a sleeper.Go with:Cat back ExhaustHIgh flow catCold Air IntakeHeadersThen go with a set of Cams and Cam Gears. Be aware though. With Headers (pending on what state you live in) you might not pass smog. With Cams, you definetly ain't passing smog.Technically with a cold air intake, you're not passing the visual smog test either. But you can still get away with it.

RIMS ARE MUST TO MAKE YOUR CAR. THEN YOU WANT THE SOUND (HEADER AND EXHAUST) NEXT WOULD BE AN AIR INTAKE. IF YOU CAN AFFORD A SPORT CAM AND CHIP.THEN A BODY KIT. THEN TURBO AND NITROUS. OH YEAH!!
