I was driving my '93 Honda Del Sol at night with the heater on level 4. It just stopped working and then the interior of the car filled up with a bad smelling smoke. I pulled over immediately of course to check for fire, but there was nothing there. Did the motor burn itself out? The fan doesn't work at all now and the fuse is fine. Need to use my defroster. Help!Part two, if I need a new blower motor, what other Honda blower motors will fit? Civic? What years? Thanks.

Yes. your blower motor is dead. Contact your local junkyard. All the del sols are the same (93-97 i think) I don't know about the civics but the junkyard should have an interchange system. Find one that uses Hollander. Even if they don't have the part, they can order one from another yard nationwide. Good luck.
