Default how much mileage can you put on a honda accord? My mom had one and she had 300,000 miles on it?

I have a 2002 Honda Accord LX.........Right now my car has 185,512 miles on it. And i was just wondering how long my car can last

Honda are pretty good in mileage. My fiance has one and absolutley loves it. I think it's a '92 or '93. It only has about 200,000 on it. We plan on gettng a new engine for it will last longer.

well it depends on just how well you take care of it. It should last longer than your old accord.

I have a professor who bet the whole class a hundred dollars each that he could get his to go 500,000 miles before it retired. So far he is around 420,000

An 02 honda? HA! if you take care of it, that means: oil changes, power steering fluid, transsmision fluid, anti-freeze/coolant, belts, hoses, filters (ALL of them, fuel,air-intake, oil, well i guess not cabin but you get the idea) and dont beat her up. no pot holes or popin wheelies (jk) but if you do all that, it will last you probably until you decide to get a new car, whenever that is. The only transmission that i know of that is crap on a honda car is the 1999 passport. but thats not honda's fualt cause they had issue build that suv. other than that i've never heard of a honda transmission giving out on it's own.You have a mighty fine peice of vehicular equipment there... it's a keeper.

the 02 accord is a very good car. I have 3 of them we service now with over 250,000 miles. A Honda that is taken care of can last over a million miles. Just keep it serviced and take care of everything that it needs and you might give up on the car before it gives up on you.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie Pop...The world may never knowThe dealer where I bought my last Honda has one on the floor with 1,112,000 plus miles on it and it looks like new. It was a trade in they decided to keep. They started it up and it sounded like a new Honda.
