Accord is a family car (male or female). Civic is cool. Matrix (Toyota) is cooler (and 4WD is available).

it is for both..and i see guys driving it more around chicago. it is a good car for an 18 year old. not my preference of car just cause everyone in the whole freakin world has one. but that's my opinion. why not go for the new maxima or even the new corolla. they looks pretty nice. yeah everyone has those cars too. but not as much as a accord or civic.

I don't know that it's either...to me it has that boring soccer mom / jaded middle manager feel, thoroughly boring and practical to the point where it's just...blah.Now, is it a good car for you? Depends on what your priorities are...it's good if you like something that's pretty reliable, gets good fuel economy, handles decently, holds resale pretty well for a car, and is eminently practical. It's not, however, a car for the image conscious or performance-oriented, though.

The Accord is an excellent car for anyone. I worked at a Honda dealership for three years and experienced very little problems with them. I saw MANY kinds of people driving them. In fact, I'd probably say I saw more males than females driving Accords. Nonetheless, don't worry about how a car looks. Is it economical, affordable, and dependable? Go for it! Good luck!!

Honda's are good for both but they are stolen a lot. I lived in So Ca. and everyone had one. My next door neighbor had three stolen from his house over a year so I said get a Toyota.

Who cares if it's a chick's or a d--k's car....it gets good gas mileage and has a high resale value.

If he is not paying for it then to him it's a perfect car! If he is paying for it, then it really is a matter of taste. I have seen both guys and girls behind the wheel. Typicaly the two door, 6 cyl is the more sporty "guy" model. Hope that helps.
