Default 2006 Honda Civic DX Coupe (automatic)?

I am looking for a new car. I am wondering abou the Civic. I looked for reviews on-line but they where not that helpful. I was wondering for those who own this car (more than 3mth) can tell me how is the car? What are the pros and cons? I hear that it won't start sometimes, I wonder what you do in that situation?

The only con is how low you are to the ground, When a SUV pulls up behind you with it's lights on it can be blinding. Other then that I love my wife's Civic, it's great on gas, got a lot of spunk, room to move around, a good sized trunk, oh and did I mention you only have to change your oil every 5000 miles with a Honda not 3000, Something to do with the way there built. The other pulse to buying a Honda is that they are made here in the USA, the parts might come from over sea's but it's are people putting them together. I highly recommend this car!!!

Well ive had my car for almost a year already and its great!!.. I luv it and ive never had any problems with it. Hondas are great cars. From my experience with this car I would recommend any Honda model especially if you are a first time buyer!! Even my boyfriend has a Hond Civic..its just an overall good car..No joke!!Pros: gas saver, Car will last for yrs.Cons: I really cant think of any.*And if you're car doesnt start then thats not normal...cars always have a little switch inside the trunk that will turn the car on...maybe that can help.Good Luck!!

The civic dx is the cheapest model you can get. It doesnt have power anything. If you're looking for a commuter car then this should be your choice, since it gets 30-40 mpg depending on the driver. Personally I would go with a 97-01 Honda Prelude for the same price. They are rare and stylish looking cars, and pretty fast. Also you have to remember that civics are prone to theft, because of their popularity by ricers lol.

Well... the new redesigned Civic is really sporty, and nice looking. The fuel efficiency is well...nothing is bad about it!!! I highly recommend this car to you!!
