you have to take the lens off. Usually if you open the hood the bolts will be there. same as if you were changing a bulb. then go to an auto store grab the industrial size of auto paint make sure it coincides with a 1998 Honda Prelude. Tape off the metal bulbs and anything else you dont want painted with painters tape than spray it. Make sure you let it dry or your bulbs will make the paint run.
