i wanna keep it auto but i wanna do a engine swap and i wanna see what options i have to swap into the car that would fit and a ecu for the swap that goes with it it too

you may have to do some research on your type of car to see what fits. some Nissan engines are universal for swapping.

Why don't you save your money instead of dumping thousands into a pile of crap? It is really not worth the money and its far cheaper in the long run to keep your beater and get something on the side worth modifying. An 88 hatch? come on! Even though I have seen some fast ones guess what? It still looks like a pile and won't be worth more than a couple grand when they go to sell it. Save your money and enjoy it. It will look and sound gay, trust me.

The thing is 19 years old. The gas in the tank is worth more then the car. Don't waste your money and get a better car.

ok... the people above me are hatin, but they are kinda right. unless you have a ton of money to play with and you just want to fix up a older car since you don't see hooked up 88's, i wouldn't do a swap. save your money and gt a v6 accord!
