Any Power streering fluid that is recommended for honda and is not transmission fluid. Even though transmission fluid is a hydralic type fluid as is power steering fluid. the viscosity is completely different. Transmission fluid also has detergents to help clean and lubricate Trasmission parts. Power steering fluid has conditioners in it to help maintain the hoses for the system. If you mix or use two different types of fluids in the system you can cause the hoses to rot faster. use the proper fluid for your car.

Just about any of them will work. I would definetly use Honda if available though. Some of the cheaper kinds actually can freeze in very cold weather. As far as the transmission fluid that only works in old POS cars like our Chevy 454 tow truck.
