were can i find a performance camshaft maybe for the high rpms, or a little both, just looking for easy power.

Buy a faster car... don't destroy a perfectly good motor so that you can improve your 0-60 time by .2 seconds in your 2.2 litre...

I dont know how easy it will be to find a cam for that engine. You might have to have a custom grind done.Check out----> jhpusa.comThey offer alot of JDM and custom Honda parts...I dont know if they have much of a selection for the older F engines.

ok , well first of all. just cuz u have high rpm cams in ur motor doesnt mean that u can rev it high. ur internals have to be able to take the stress of the high RPMs. if you wannna rev high ( 9k+) ur gonna want forged and light weight internals, new valves, stiffer valve sprigns, and lots more head work. as for the cams, crower makes sum good cams, aswell as skunk2, & Glude.consult ur local performace shop b4 you stark goin crazy with ur motor.....................
