any vechicle is reliable, if you take proper care of it. Keep this in mind,the word that will be edited starts with a T.If it's got tits or tires your gonna have a problem with it!My 95 just hit 200,000 and I have never had it in the shop ever.

I, however, would not own a ford when you can get a honda, toyota, nissan, or a subaru (especially a subaru) for about the same price, maybe slightly more, and have it last for 300,000 miles! I guess "imports" are big in Europe..... e.g. Fords and Chevys.

Good question, it depends on the year, make, & model.Early models are great, if you can still find parts, later models are ok to a certain degree, but not meant to last like the old days.New models don't have a reputation yet, & may be impossible to work on yourself. Advise you check out Consumer Reports, Car & Driver etc., or find a site where ford owners swap stories, Good Luck

what!? hondas dont rust they are all plastic! and who cares all the money you save on repairs you could have bought hundreds of fords aspires you know the ones that look like a egg ill stick to my reliable rusted honda any day!
