My husbands engine went out in his 1992 Honda Prelude Si and I am seeing if anyone knows of any good places to get good refurbished ones.

ON CUSTOMER PAY ENGINE REPLACEMENTS IT IS ALMOST ALWAYS BETTER TO GET A USED ENGINE IF YOU CAN FIND ONE.WE USE A SALVAGE COMPANY CALLED LKQ.YOU CAN PURCHASE A 36 MONTH WARRANTY THROUGH THEM THAT COVERS PARTS ONLY,BUT THEY USUALLY HAVE VERY GOOD LOW MILEAGE ENGINES. I HAVE PERSONALLY INSTALLED ABOUT 10 OVER THE PAST 4 YEARS.

u better of gettin a new prelude . they r good motors but very cheap in these days . almost same price as a new engine .
