It's a Honda sold as a Isuzu which is partly owned by GM.

When honda released the passport it was a deal they worked out with Isuzu to trade their suv(passport) for Honda's minivan(odyssey)The passport itself is made by Izusu which is a subsidiary of General Motors. It also has some toyota parts in it as well. The Passport was the worst thing Honda ever did, cause it put into the thinking that Honda created that car. Even though they borrowed it.

Isuza built those trucks. It's true that Honda traded their Odysseys for Rodeos to be rebadged as Honda Passports. Isuzu called the Honda minivans Oasis, I believe.

Honda passports were built in Lafayette, Indiana buy Isuzu in the Isuzu-Subaru plant. Honda Passports are/were Isuzu Rodeos.
