Remove the wheels and put them aside, get a fast car and attach the wheels to it.

what year prelude and what motor do you have? if you want to go as fast as possible a turbo is what you need. but before you can do that you need 1 of 2 things. the first being lots of money to pay a dynoshop to do it all for you or number 2 being lots of time to sudy and learn about tubocharging. you can stay NA and make it pretty quick. yea prelude power is the place to go for you.

Ok here I go. First of all you should magnaflux and shotpeid your engine to check and fix stress cracks in the engine. This will make sure it won't go out on you when you are driving with high horse power. I would add a big turbo charger, if not twin turbo chargers. You should get a bigger air flow intake. You should also get bigger fuel injectors. Along with this a bigger exhaust system. Increase the fuel flow and air flow. You should get a 2 stage nitrous kit. I would also suggest getting the compression rate of the car increased. I would also get the whole engine strenthened because to much horespower will cause the engine to blow if you are running it at high speed. You might want to switch out all the pistons with forged pistons, basically all the moving part you should switch out with forged parts. Forged is the strongest you can get them that I know of. Also get an intercooler. Sorry this is a bit all over the place. Also get a proffesional get reprogram your ECU. Go to a dyno. You might also mant to get a different axle ratio so that all the extra power can be put to use. With a lower axle ratio you can get a higher top speed. If you install a lower axle ratio on a car with no upgrades your car will slug and suffer a large acceleration loss. but with more power it will be fine. Also I suggest a a lower transmission ratio across all gears. Also change the cams and the heads. Good luck.
