i own a repair shop,and its not supposed to be adjusted but if needs it done,, you try turning it out half a turn at a time until it idles better,always remember the original setting on it in case you need to set it back there again,and always wait until the engine is all the way warmed up before attempting to adjust it,good luck i hope this helps,
