Default Would a v6 v-tec engine be better than a H22 if I want it to be faster?

My friends said that the V6 V-tec is a little bit more faster

The V6 Vtech has more power but unless your talking about the NSX motor I would go with the H22 Vtech because it is one of the best 4cyl in the world you can get 600hp from that motor with the proper modifications and still use it as a daily driver.
