Jack the car up. use spring compressors to release tension from the factory springs, loosen the bolts retaining the shock, remove shock/strut, remove spring, after adjusting retainer collars ( both together, not retainer-spring-retainer) place threaded sleeve over shock ( hence the term "coilover") slide spring on, keep those compressors handy compress new spring, re-install assembly on axle, release compressors, use the wrenches included to counter-tighten retainers. this can be a pain in the a** b/c of limited space. be sure that the f/r are adjusted evenly or you'll screw your alignment up. feel free to email me with any other q's.
