anyone would recommend the type of HID headlights would best look at my 2007 honda civic ex?

You should have gotten the Si version. Oh well,JDM Projector Headlights w/ Angeleye Halo (Left & Right). Kind of expensive though, but has that car show look to it.

you will have to decide if you want HID for looks or for purpose.for looks, many people get the higher tempurature ones like the 8000k-11000k HID..this means it is more color than actual light.for example, an 8000k bulb is more about color like a bluish tone than a white color..the higher the temperature the higher the color output, but lower the actual light you get on the road.in some states these are illegal.if you want brighter light, you will need a lower temperature like a 4300k-5600k HID..these have more white light and are actually brighter than the higher tempurature ones.there are alot of cheap HID kits out there now..but most of them are garbage. stay away from the ones made in Korea or HK.they are pure trash..and only offer the illegal lights.

dude jdm sucks, the led halos burn out like crazy from what i've read, get TYC projectors from slickcar.com and 6000k HID kit from mobilehid. more light than 8000k and 10000k etc and more blue than 4300k, a good happy medium. forget the led halos, in a few years you will want real all LED headlights anyway, like audi is developing and then hid will be second best. the mobilehid guys do their homework, they sell waterproof ballasts and the light output pattern from their hid bulbs very closely matches a halogen (no glare) but 3 times more light. ebay is shady at best, spend the money and avoid ebay.
