I've always thought of a del sol as a chick car. The only thing I ever liked about them was the removable roof panel. So if you are a female who likes the effect of a convertible, go for that. A prelude is more masculine and sportier looking than a del sol. They also had a 4 wheel steering model which was way cool and handled great. Personal preferance = Prelude, but that's just me.
