Warped rotors, take it to a Honda dealership or independent. If the runout is too much, they will have to replace the rotors and pads. If it is within spec, they will cut the rotors and replace the pads. Using Honda OEM parts are crucial, I get customers in everyday with problems due to not using OEM parts.
