This afternoon the trunk on my 2006 Accord Coupe Ex decided to not open. I ended up crawling into the back of my trunk through the rear seats and tried to pull the emergancy release. That won't work either, has this happened to anyone else?Also my car has this annoying rattle in the back on the drivers side near the side airbag. It looks like the piece was never installed correctly and it is starting to drive me insane. Has anyone had this issue either?I am taking it to the dealer this week, but I am looking to see if these are common problems. I thought I Honda's were built better than this.

You will have to waite for the dealer, or even before that take it to a local shop to and honest shop that will tell you straigh up otherwise it could just be nothing or it couls be somthing. I'd say get it checked out and in the mean time try not to get into any accidents

i work on hondas all day long and have for quiet some time now and i have seen 2 trunk release cables break but never one that wouldnt open from inside the truck as for the rattle ive seen 1 on the driver front rattle but never the rear ...u must have a car that was build on a friday!
