dont have a? remote for it...because I was carjacked a couple of months ago. I never got a remote for it...I just got 2 keys made for it. The dealership said that it has nothing to do with the remote...they say its alerting me that the battery is going low. Is that possible?

Anything is possible including some loose connections. I got tired of my alarm going off in every parking lot so I reached under the dash and ripped that thing out.

if i remember right u need the remote for it to turn it off...it keeps thinking that somone is stelling your car....u might can try to unhook the battery to reset it..then theres a good chance u wolnt need to get a remote...but if u do look on ebay..there much cheaper...as for the horn telling u that the battery is low...no there is no way possible for that to happen...i dont know what kinda stupid people are at that dealer but there is no way shape or form that it can tell u when u have a low batt...
