Hmmm...well on my 2000 Si Coupe (I know there completely different, but this is my experience)I didnt need a rear camber kit for my suspension, but I definitely needed one for my front because my front tires were wearing unevenly...so I dropped like $130 for the Skunk2 front camber kit. Fixed it right up with an alignment. The back though...I never had a problem with. You can always do the suspension first and then see if you need it. Camber kits are ridiculously easy to install.

For that kind of drop, I don't think you *need* one. In fact, having a slight negative camber will improve your handling -- albeit at the cost of faster tire wear. So it depends on what you want.I had a 1.6" F and 1.4" drop on mine, and I didn't get a camber kit.If you were going to drop it more (say 2") however, then I would say get a camber kit. But with only 1.4", I don't think you need one -- it's personal preference.
