Default Why does my new 2006 Honda Accord SE make clicking noises from the rear brakes? I've only done a
few 1000 mi. Full Option 2.4 SE with ABS Sunroof Leather and Alloys

Since it's under warranty, bring it to the dealer.

Something is wrong if it is making noise and your under warranty so take it to a Honda dealer and have it repaired.It is likely a problem with one of the brake pads not seated properly but get it checked out before it causes a problem and it shouldn,t cost you anything.
