Default 2006 honda accord cd player?

I bought honda accord EX-L with navi about a month ago, and about 2 weeks ago my cd player stopped working all of a sudden. So I went to the dealer, the person in service dep. told me that I needed some kind of new part for it, he said he's gonna special order it and its gonna take 3~4 days. now it's been 2 weeks and when I call them they just put me on hold for a long time, and when I do finally get ahold of someone they say it's not here, they don't know how long it's gonna take. I'm starting to feel alittle disappointed. Any suggestion?

In my experience, buying new cars, whatever the fancy deals they give you, is a waste of money. You lose thousands the minute you drive it out of the showroom and the depreciation from then on is huge. It's a waste of money. I bought three new cars from the dealers in a row and had nothing but trouble from the outset. They are not intereted in fixing problems, even if they are "known problems". They'll just palm you off as long as they can until you get fed up and stop "whining at them".

Call and ask for the parts manager. If they do not fix your problem, hang up and call back. This time ask for the general manager. They will take this very seriously. You should get a resolution that way.
