A little more info would be nice, you should be able to either remove a couple of screws or gain access to the rear of the fixture and remove it that way. There is a way to do it.

Good luck if its anything like my '05 Civic. I have never had so much troubles replacing my turn signal. I had to literally go under the car, inside the wheel well, unscrew a plastic covering and (wishing i had tiny hands) squeeze through to touch the socket. It was a nightmare. Why they would make it that difficult is beyond me!!

unscrew the screws, and replace with bulb that is the same.
