yes this is possible and is a very common swap. theres tons of links if y ou go here: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/650230 these will tell you what to do and answer all your questions. good luck. btw, manual is stick shift. are you wondering if you can do an engine swap and keep it auto?

yes its possible but y go with a b16a2 go all out and get a b20 GO BIG OR GO HOME
