A Leather Conditioner - or a smaller spare - or have the tire Trued ! IF the Valve stem is on the opposite side ,then let the Air out !

I know that they are a pain. First set the tire pressure to 26 or 29 psi depending on the model and year. I use alittle silicone spray on the tire and let the cover sit in Bright sun lite to let s stretch. it will go on just try those
