Default I have an '02 Honda Civic that is not blowing air thru vents but blower is working?

I can turn the fan from low to high and can hear the blower motor blowing, but it does not come out any of the vents no matter what I turn the setting to.. defroster, vent, floor, etc. no air is coming out!???

I believe you have a stuck vacuum actuator. When you switch between vent, defrost, floor, etc there is a vacuum line that activates an "arm" that moves a director that channels the air to the proper vents. You either have no vacuum to the module or the module is stuck. You may be able to see this module by removing the glove compartment box. Usually it is next to the blower motor which always sits behind the glove compartment box. Try moving the arm around and getting it to unstick.

Since the blower is making noise I must be operating. What I believe is th problem is the hepa filters behind the glove box are plugged or got wet and are not letting air pass by
