Default what would be faster in the end a fully built all motor with high compression or a turboed fully

built engine? The motor is a 1996 acura integra gsr in a 1993 honda civic hb.

turbos will make more if money is not a concern, examples at www.bankspower.com like 1100hp chevy 350s and look at the rally race cars with 28+ boost... unless the motor is way way bigger it just wont fit enought fuel without boost

the compression could blow the engine if i goes to high but if it doesn't u'll have one that will go fast u just have to set it up right i have living proof of that put a Chevy 305 head on a Chevy 350 block and it will boost the compression and give u bout an extra 75 hp at the least and from what I've seen it works for anything (well almost anything)saying that never try it on a lawnmower my uncle did that it wasn't good

Both are alot of money to build, but I know people with turbochargers and their car goes downhill afterwards, it's alot of money to install and it has to be tuned right. In the end though TURBO WOULD BE FASTER, i think, but i would rather have it all n/a or do an engine swap, maybe a K series. That's what i think.
