personally i wouldnt if you dont plan on touching the internals of the engine. if you redline a stock engine most of the time you will end up braking or busting something.

It is not advisable to do it. Although it seems like your car has a lot of jam to it. They are a very touchy engine. You will find your self having to pay for diagnostics because it keeps throwing engine codes at you causing you check engine light to go on. And if ignored could lead to an expensive fix job. Honda will not warranty a blown engine because it has been reved to high. These engines have computers and anytime anything out of the ordinary happens it registers that code. And depending on the code Honda will refuse engine warranty to you. They are costly to fix

The engines are pretty stout, but the automatic trans is weak-especially if it's a v6. honda will not warranty any damage due to abuse-the pcm will tell them if you do-your call, may be fun but expensive
