if your s light is blinking on your dash it means that the control unit for the transmission has detected a problem with your transmission electronic control system, you need to jump the connector at the right front kick panel and then turn the key on and the code will flash on the dash, you should take it to a honda technician to repair it can be many different things, by the way does your speedometer work, on the model had a problem with the speedsensor and the speedo would work erratic or just stop, that would cause the light to flash also.

WANT TO GET RID OF YOUR PROBLEM,K, PUT YOR CAR IN NEUTRAL WHEN YOUR CAR IS ON AND TURN IT BACK ON WHILE IN NEUTRAL.....(YOU MUST HAVE SPEED TO DO THIS, GOING ABOUT 40 ,PUT IN NEUTRAL TURN OFF AND TURN BACK ON WHILE IN NEUTRAL).IF THAT DOESN'T WORK YOU COULD REPROGRAM UR COMPUTER,TO DO THAT YOU POP UR HOOD DISCONNECT UR BATTERY TERMINALS AND WAIT FOR 60 SEC AND CONNECT BACK AND TURN UR CAR BACK ON AND IT WONT BE BLINKIN NY MORE I KNO MY AUTO INTEGRA DID THE SAME UNTILL I TRIED THIS ...........

there's a problem within the trans system , get it diagnose could be something simple

YA MINE DOES IT TOO BUT I JUS PUT IT IN N AND START IT WHEN CAR IS STOPED AND IT SHUTS OFF COULD IT ALSO B CAUSED BY TRANS BINING UP?

Would this condition cause the ignition to shut off (turns over, but no spark)?
